Thank you for shopping with inamToys.pk!  We strive to provide the best toys and a great shopping experience. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, please review our refund and return policy below:

Returns and Exchanges:

1. Eligibility for Return:

   • We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. 
   • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. 
   • Some items, such as personalized or sealed products, cannot be returned or exchanged. 

2. How to Return an Item:

   • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Admin@inamtoys.pk within 7 days of receiving your order. 
   • Provide the following details:
     • Order number 
     • Product(s) to be returned 
     • Reason for return 
   • A parcel opening video is required for smooth processing of your return.  This video ensures that the item is in its original condition when opened and helps us avoid any issues. Please make sure to clearly show the product and packaging as you open it. 

3. Return Shipping:

   • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent). 
   • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. 

4. Refund Process:

   • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. 
   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. 
   • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

   • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with clear photos or videos showing the issue. 
   • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you. 

Exchanges:

• If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or model, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. 
• Items eligible for exchange must meet the same criteria as returns (unused, unopened, and in original packaging). 
• Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to our mistake. 

Important Notes:

• We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if the item is not returned in its original condition or if the parcel opening video is not provided. 
• Return and exchange requests made after 7 days of receiving your order will not be processed.
